OMAGGIO A GYORGY KURTÁG
The award ceremony for the presentation of the Golden Lion for lifetime achievement to the Hungarian maestro will include performances of his wide-ranging works, some for large chamber ensembles, although all unfailingly unconventional and true to the “fragmentary poetry” so dear to this composer.
The ensemble L'arsenale will take part in the performance of Grabstein für Stephan op. 15c, for guitar and various instruments (1989, 8')
