Livia Rado | soprano

Coming from a classical education she devoted then herself to new music, originally as part of L'arsenale. She collaborates then with the ensembles Algoritmo and Prometeo, conducted by Marco Angius. She performed in important Festivals as Mata Festival and Barge Music (New York), Fenway Center (Boston), La Biennale di Venezia, Nuova Consonanza (Roma), l'Imaginaire (Strasbourg), Cantiere Internazionale d'Arte di Montepulciano (Siena), Incontri Asolani (Treviso), MiTo Settembre Musica, Traiettorie and Festival Verdi (Parma). Her repertoire includes works by composers such as A. Schönberg, L. Nono, L. Berio, G. Grisey, M. Feldman, G. Kurtag, I. Fedele, B. Furrer, and many world premieres by young composers.
